This proposal has been developed exclusively for THE CLIENT; therefore, the information contained herein shall be considered confidential. This document is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of its issuance.
Once the preliminary reports for the products covered by this proposal have been delivered, THE CLIENT shall have a period of fifteen (15) business days to request any changes deemed necessary or to provide approval. If THE CLIENT does not provide feedback within the aforementioned period, the content shall be deemed accepted, and ACTUARIA will proceed to send the final deliverables.
The processing of personal data by ACTUARIA shall be governed by the Organic Law on Personal Data Protection and shall be carried out in accordance with the CLIENT's instructions, as per the scope of the contracted services.
Copyright is protected by the current applicable national legislation. Therefore, as this document is the exclusive work of ACTUARIA, it may not be copied, disclosed, published, or plagiarized, in whole or in part, without the express consent of the author.
